The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Sri Lanka – TOYP Awards – 2017
1954 වසරේ දී ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජූනියර් චේම්බර් ඉන්ටර්නැෂනල් සංවිධානය (Junior Chamber International Sri Lanka) ආරම්භ කර ඇත. 1980 වසරේ සිට ලංකාවේ ‘සමාජයේ ප්‍රගමනයට වසරේ වැඩි ම බලපෑමක් කළ තරුණයන් දස දෙනා (The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Sri Lanka – TOYP) සම්මානය පිරිනමනු ලබයි. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ විශිෂ්ටතම තරුණයන් දස දෙනා අතරට මානුෂීය සහ ස්වේච්ජා සේවය යටතේ සමාජසත්කාර පදනමේ සභාපති ධනේෂ් මධුරංග එදිරිසුරිය තේරී පත්විය.
The Junior Chamber International Sri Lanka was established in 1954. The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Sri Lanka (TOYP) Award is given to the ten most influential youngsters of the year. Danesh Maduranga Edirisooriya, Chairman of the SamajaSathkara.lk Foundation has been selected as one of Sri Lanka’s 10 best young men for Humanitarian and Voluntary Services

ස්වේච්ඡා සේවයේ යෙදෙන පුද්ගලයන් ඇගයීම පිණිස වසර 2කට වරක් පවත්වන වී සම්මාන (V-Awards 2015) ප්‍රධානෝත්සවයේ අවසන් වටය සඳහා (500ට අධික නාමයෝජනා අතරින් අවසන් 10 දෙනා අතරට) මාද (Danesh Maduranga Edirisooriya – Founder/Managing Director | SamajaSathkara.lk) තේරී පත්වී ඇති බව සතුටින් දන්වා සිටිමි.
එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානය හා තවත් දේශීය සංවිධාන ගණනාවක සංවිධාන ශක්තියෙන් හා කැපිටල් මහරාජා මාද්‍ය ජාලයේ මාද්‍ය අනුග්‍රහයෙන් මෙම සම්මාන උළෙල පවත්වනු ලබයි.
The grand finale of the V-Awards 2015 will be held on February 13 at 4.30p.m. at the Nelum Pokuna theatre in Colombo.
Using social media to raise funds, V-Awards 2015 finalist Danesh Maduranga Edirisooriya (Founder – SamajaSathkara.lk) travels around the island volunteering for poverty reduction, economic growth and quality education in rural communities around Sri Lanka.
